I am writing this to give you some details on how to get your Apple device repaired at your nearest Apple authorised service centers in Singapore. Essentially if you have an issue with your Apple device you can choose to visit the main Apple on Orchard Road or Jewel Changi Airport, or alternatively you can visit one of their authorised Apple service center partners around in Singapore.
It is advisable to book an appointment first as it can get quite busy. While I have seen that some service centers have their own online website to book this, I suggest using the Apple website to make an appointment reservation either way.
How to repair your device at an Apple service center in Singapore
Assuming you have visited Apple's website with online troubleshooting steps and have gone through their online troubleshooting guides. Since you will be able to save yourself time and money if you're able to troubleshoot issues yourself. For some issues, like hardware failure, it cannot be helped and you will simply need to go to an Apple store or authorised Apple service center if you want to have it repaired.
For example, I recently had a hardware issue with my Macbook Pro, and now I need to get it reviewed and repaired by an Apple service center. I had attempted to get it to work by following Apple's online guides and troubleshooting by connecting it to external monitors, using different accessories to see if I can still work with it using an external monitor. I concluded it needed a professional technician to look at it further. When I brought it to a service center I have found that I am pretty lucky, as only my screen seems to have an issue. My hard drive and keyboard seems fine so only the screen needs to be replaced.

Step 6 - Select a timing that works with you
Select the Apple service center timing that works best for you. Here is an example of the options available to me when I went to book for a repair.
Step 7 - Backup as much as you can
Backup your data and bring everything you see as necessary for them to understand your issue and provide a solution for you. Be prepared to leave your device with them to repair, as it'll take 3-7 business working days to repair depending on the issue you're facing.
Be also mindful that quotes that they do note may be quoted in USD, as the Apple system is in USD. So please clarify this when it comes to actual costs for services/ parts replacements.
