Try get some sunlight everyday

Walk in the sunlight every day for at least the few minutes it takes you to remind yourself that the universe is our real timekeeper.

A fellow blogger noted that:
The only absolute left to us is the timeless, for now we realise that our entire universe is just one incident springing forth out of a larger reality. What we sense as seconds, minutes, hours, days, and years are cut-up bits of this larger reality.

I came across this the other day, and it made me think about the various technology and inventions that have helped make our lives easier, but in turn as also made life often 24-7.

In this 24 hour world, it isn't until when we're away from technology that we start to sense how great it is to feel the sun shining on our skin, and lighting up our surroundings.
