'Happiness lies not in the mere possessions of many; it lies in the joy of achievement, in the thrill of creative effort' - Franklin Delino Roosevelt

A great quote that illustrates how happiness is found not in the pursuit materialistic possessions such as money, as it may seen in our society today but in earning, achieving and succeeding in trying, whether we earn a bronze, silver, gold or have just simply completed a race. The main thing is having had enjoyed the experience of working towards a goal and doing your own personal best at it. As the true prize of anything in life can only be truly earned if you truly believe in it inside and that you have succeeded in giving it all you've got. You may have even tried different training or techniques or thinking that may have enthrilled you in your efforts.
